HDZero Halo Stack MPU6000/AM32
Product detailed description
The HDZero Halo Stack combines the Halo Flight Controller and the Halo 4in1 70A ESC into a race-ready powertrain, engineered by HDZero – a leader in high-performance digital FPV systems. It is designed for maximum performance, reliability, and ease of assembly, making it the ideal solution for both racing and freestyle pilots.
With its clean layout, minimal wiring, and integrated components, the Halo Stack is the simplest way to build a professional racing drone without compromising performance, reliability, or serviceability.
At its core is the Halo 4in1 70A ESC, built for extreme durability and fast throttle response. The split-board architecture separates the control and power stages for better cooling and greater crash resilience. 24 MOSFETs on an 8-layer PCB with 3oz copper in each layer, along with a rear copper bus bar, ensure exceptional burst response with minimal voltage drop. The ESC is rated at 70A continuous per motor and 100A peak, providing clean, stable power while protecting sensitive electronics from voltage spikes. The conformal coating offers protection against moisture, dust, and corrosion.
The Halo Flight Controller simplifies the build process and delivers professional-level control. Equipped with an H7 processor and an integrated Gemini True Diversity ELRS receiver with two independent receivers, it ensures maximum control link stability. The TXCO (temperature-compensated crystal oscillator) maintains consistent ELRS performance even in extreme temperature conditions—critical for racing.
The integrated ELRS receiver not only makes assembly easier but also saves costs—since a standalone Gemini ELRS RX typically costs around $25. This combination offers a more cost-effective solution compared to buying separately.
Optimized for digital video systems, the Halo removes the analog OSD chip to save space and reduce costs. Its design is tailored for low-profile stacking with the HDZero Race v3 VTX, resulting in a compact, durable, and space-efficient build without sacrificing performance.
No soldering is required for VTX, receiver, or ESC connections—all components plug into dedicated connectors using the included cables. This makes assembly and field repairs quick and frustration-free. The low-profile modular design results in a clean and durable racing setup.
A switchable 9V BEC powers the HDZero VTX, with remote control via Betaflight to simplify pit stops and extend VTX lifespan. A separate 5V/4A BEC can power a full racing LED setup without external regulators.
