The HDZero Halo Flight Controller is a compact, high-performance flight controller designed for racing and freestyle pilots who demand top-tier performance, reliability, and ease of assembly. Powered by the STM32H743 processor running at 480 MHz, it delivers outstanding computational power for the most demanding FPV applications.

At its core is the integrated Gemini True Diversity ExpressLRS (ELRS) receiver, operating with two independent receivers on separate frequencies to significantly enhance control link stability. This makes it an ideal choice for competitive pilots seeking maximum reliability.

To ensure consistent performance even under extreme race conditions, the Halo features a TXCO (Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator), maintaining stable ELRS reception at high temperatures.

The integrated ELRS receiver also simplifies build processes and reduces costs – a standalone Gemini ELRS RX typically costs around $25, making this combination a far more cost-effective solution than purchasing separately.

The Halo is equipped with a switchable 9V/3A BEC for powering HDZero or other digital VTXs and a 5V/4A BEC for LED strips and accessories. LED circuitry supports both parallel and serial connections, allowing easy setup of race LED systems.

Optimized for digital video systems, the Halo removes the analog OSD chip to save space and weight. Its board layout allows direct, low-profile stacking with the HDZero Race v3 VTX, creating a durable, compact, and service-friendly build.

A solderless design with dedicated connectors for ESCs and VTXs (including a 4A-rated ESC cable) ensures quick assembly and easy field repairs.
